茶樹農藥─賽安勃、賽派芬 解禁
食品藥物管理署昨日正式公告，即起開放茶葉殘留農藥賽安勃和賽派芬，其中賽派芬致癌被評為為C級的致癌風險，從原本不得殘留開放到20ppm，繼日本之後成為全球第二個開放使用的國家。
衛生福利部昨發布修正「農藥殘留容許量標準」，修正內容計增修訂安美速等10種農藥於各類蔬果植物等農產品43項殘留容許量。本次新增加的殺蟲劑賽安勃，訂定容許殘留標準為1.5ppm，是澳洲0.05ppm的30倍；而殺虫滿劑賽派芬是日本開發的新農藥，目前全球只有日本在使用，台灣則把標準訂在20ppm。
藥署食品組副組長魏任廷解釋，本次修訂農藥殘留容許量，是參酌國際規範，並考量國內農牧漁業的需求，因農藥自1970年代使用至今，已有抗藥性，農民只能加重劑量，而新問世的農藥因作用機制不同，使用上相對安全，經評估後農委會核准使用，食藥署則制定殘留限量標準。
魏任廷說，WHO國際癌症中心並未將賽派芬列在致癌清單，但有相關資料顯示對雌性大鼠可能有潛在子宮腺瘤風險，但人類致癌風險極低，美國環保署將其列為C級農藥具潛在致癌毒性。
